QDs

One of my favourite hangout places in Dubai, whenever I want to have a relaxed evening with friends and family QDs is always top on the list mainly coz of its vibe, ambience, food and location. Located in Dubai Creek Club it is easily accessible by metro and taxi. As soon as you enter Qds there is this fresh sea breeze which hits you and refreshes you , the perfect place to sit there is next to the water where you can enjoy both the view of Dubai Downtown on one side and Old dubai on one side, perfect time to go there is just before sunset which makes it a perfect place for a date, casual hangout with friends and family.

The best thing about this place it serves Sheesha and Alcohol under one roof which makes it a perfect place for a chilled out evening. I have been to QDs many times and I have always been satisfied with the service food and drinks they have to offer.  They offer a variety of cocktails, wines, draught beer and bottled beers, but I have always ordered the draught beer which is fresh and super chilled and value for money. With zomato gold you can enjoy 2+2 on drinks which is an added bonus. Now coming to the food, its priced on a higher side but the portions size are big which it makes it easily sharable. Qds Chicken Quesiliadas are my favourite to order as they are not the usual tex-mex chicken quesilidas which comes in tortilla bread and is loaded with cheddar cheese, they have given an Arabic twist to it  I would rather call it Arabic Chicken Quesiidas. They serve it in a Arabic bread with cheese and chicken shawarma filling made like a mexican quesilidas served with Arabic pickles, garlic toum and French fries is my most favourite dish to order here, each bite makes you feel having chicken shawarma in the form of a mexican quesilidas. The Classic Fish and Chips is an amazing option to order, a big piece of fish nicely battered fried to perfection crispy on the outside and soft and flaky inside served with UK style chips , mushy peas and tartare sauce this dish simply takes me back to my UK uni days it’s a nostalgic dish for me and I always end up ordering this here for the sake of my Uni days back in UK. Their Shish touk platter is again a good option to order if you want to try Arabic kebabs, its served on a huge skewer which gives it a rustic look comes along with flavourful rice pilaf which tastes like biryani. Their pizzas are also good but easily skippable. Chicken strips with basil mayo is a perfect appetizer which goes well with chilled beer. In terms of food Qds has some amazing food options with huge portions, great taste which all the more makes it an all-rounder place for Chilling. Now coming to the sheesha Qds serves one of the best Sheeshas in Dubai, I am not a very big sheesha fan, sheesha always hits my throat but I was always curious to try the sheesha at Qds they have a limited flavours available so I ordered the blueberry sheesha on the recommendation of the staff and it  was the best sheesha I have ever had smooth as a feather and went well with Beer and the food.

In and all QDS I would call is my go to place for chilling alone, with friends and family. The amazing view, the sea brezze, club music, sheesha, drinks and amazing food makes it an all rounder place with all the essential things under one roof.
